Life comes at you fast and difficult moments are unavoidable. But what is often more difficult is to stay motivated to make it through those moments successfully. Rejection, failure, deception or a sequence of struggles can get you down to zero confidence very quickly. When faced with this, we often are empty in our thoughts and with out responses, no energy to fight.
