Hi everybody !!!
If you follow us on snapchat (and we hope you all do lol), you might have seen us having lunch two weeks ago in one of the
D O R R PARIS restaurants located at 10, chaussée de la muette, Paris 16.
D O R R PARIS is a chain of 11 independent restaurants with 3 different culinary horizons : the Bistro, the Oyster Bar and the Grand Bistro.
D O R R PARIS welcomes you in a beautiful and cozy setting. A place to have lunch or diner, with friends or your lover where the serving is very charming. For a special occasion or not, the choice is yours. But be sure of something, you will have a great time.
Mr. Dorr, who has traveled across the cuisines of the greatest French chefs (such as Joël Robuchon and many others), has the philosophy of offering quality (fresh and organic) and haute-couture restaurants to his customers. Everything is chosen with caution, from the table to the plates signed « Dorr Paris » . You will not be disappointed !
Let’s talk about the menu at Grand Bistro Muette :
We started with an avocado shrimp in the heart of sucrine and a half lobster to open the appetite. Seafood is one of the specialties of the restaurant, so you can imagine how good it was.
As main dish, we opted for wild Saint-Jacques and gambas “à la plancha” and a square of lamb roasted with herbs deliciously accompanied by a gratin dauphinois.
We kept going with a tartare of ox of Aubrac and a beautiful grilled steak. Honestly, we had not any regrets in the choice of these dishes.
Finally, we couldn’t resist to this strawberry shortcake and this vanilla bourbon crème brulée. A true delight !! The pictures speak for themselves … don’t they?
If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate to try one of DORR PARIS restaurants! And tell us yours thoughts about them 😉 !
