Back in wax prints

Do you remember last summer 2016 ? We spent 3 awesome weeks in Ivory Coast. On that occasion, we visited 2 tailors in Abidjan to run up some outfits that we carefully imaginated thanks to some models on pinterest. Getting everything ready on time was such an assault course !
The tailors made us 4 long dresses (have a look at our previous article named « la folie wax ») and trousers suits. If we could, we would have brought more outfits but unfortunately we were not able to make it possible since we were very limited (2X23kilos / persons it may not seem much but it goes pretty fast lol).
By the way, we can’t wait to go back there to buy as much as loincloths as possible because they are way more cheaper than elsewhere (2000 francs cfa = 3euros).
We decided to showcase two colorful troussers suits : a red and yellow printed outfit for G and a yellow and purple one for C. That’s right ladies, we dare colors lol !!!
For your record, it requires 3 loincloths each to make the outfits.
Regarding the location, we wisely chose the Louvres with its french architecture and cold tones to highlight our colorful clothes.

Wow ladies you are both so beautiful!! You both look so attractive in these bright colours, I really like what you did here the pictures came out stunning. You must have had so many people staring at you, especially in a busy place like that!! I really like the 3rd pic, that is such a pretty picture of u both, but my favourite is the one where G has here hand on Cs shoulder- wow C: those trousers look really good on u they fit u perfectly, though I would have to say I slightly preferred the colour and pattern of Gs outfit. The black heels are the right choice, classy and sexy and keeping the focus on the colourful outfit. You did such a great job with this one and I hope you will have more wax prints to style soon! x x x
