The little Italy: taste Italian lavish cuisine

Today we would like to share with you our culinary experience in a restaurant called “The little Italy “. We had dinner in this trendy restaurant from the DORR collection located in the 17th district of Paris (5 place de Clichy).
Our mouth was watering because the menu suggested a wide range of delicious dishes with good-sized portions. We totally recommend that you to go there with an empty belly and big appetite because at the end you will leave this restaurant full. 😉
We really enjoyed the Italian hospitality and cuisine served up by this restaurant.
Starting with two delicious Mocktails (cocktail without alcohol) “Avidita”(mash coconut, mango juice, green lemon, white chocolate syrup) our evening went started very well. This Mocktail is by far the best we ever had. You should really try it if you have the opportunity. The highlight for us was the presentation of this drink. They served the Mocktail in a gold-pink pineapple.
For the starters (antipasti), we ate a “creamy burratina with bormano dop olive oil” with fried risotto « Arancini siciliani » it was delicious!
For the main course, we couldn’t stay away from the “Calzone Classico” and “Mafaldine with fresh truffle from” Molisse”, the truffled pasta was succulent, and if you are a big fan of truffle you will love it for sure ;).
For you record, the pasta is homemade and the pizza dough is 100% BIO. The pizzas are baked in big pizza oven (apparently one of the biggest pizza ovens of Paris, it’s worth the detour lol).
Of course we tried a delicious desert! We had the famous tiramisu and pistachio ice cream, both of them were homemade as well, like most items on the menu. We were so excited to eat our desert that we forgot to take a picture of it (shame on us lool).
They team welcomed us very warmly. This restaurant has three floors and a heated terrace. We enjoyed the decoration as it was pretty: an authentic ambiance with some modern touches.
We really recommend this restaurant to you guys. We ate very well and we will definitely comeback. 😉
